Guild Esports Secures £1 Million Investment to Expand in MENA Region

Guild Esports, an international esports organization, has announced that it has signed a subscription agreement to raise up to £1 million. The investment comes from a prominent esports, content creation, and media brand.

Expanding Business Operations

Guild Esports plans to use the funds to expand its business operations, with a specific focus on the Middle Eastern North Africa (MENA) region. This region is projected to have 88 million gamers by 2026, making it a promising market for esports.

Investment Details

The million-dollar investment involves two unconditional payments of £250,000. Additionally, there is a third tranche of the subscription for £500,000, which is conditional on the negotiation and entry into a wider commercial agreement between the brand and Guild.
